FYNFLOW
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By downloading, installing, or using FynFlow ("the App", "Service"), operated by Ryzr Studios ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
- If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
- These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and administrators.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
- FynFlow is an AI-powered personal finance management application that provides tools for expense tracking, budget management, savings goals, committee (rotating savings) management, Zakat calculation, peer expense splitting, document storage, and AI-assisted financial insights.
- The App is available as a web application and mobile application (Android and iOS).
- Certain features are provided through third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Firebase (push notifications), and AI language model providers (for voice transcription and chat).
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that the information provided is inaccurate or that you have violated these Terms.
- One person may not maintain more than one active account without our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
Prohibited uses
- You may not use the App to engage in any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
- You may not use the App to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
- You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Committee features
- Committee (ROSCA/rotating savings) features are provided as organizational tools only. FynFlow does not hold, transfer, or guarantee any funds. All financial transactions between committee members occur independently of the App.
- You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and trustworthiness of other committee members.
5. Financial Data and Disclaimer
- FynFlow is a personal finance management tool, NOT a licensed financial institution, investment advisor, or financial advisor.
- All financial data, calculations (including Zakat estimates), budgets, and insights provided by the App are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- Zakat calculations are estimates based on the information you provide. You are responsible for verifying calculations with a qualified Islamic scholar or financial advisor.
- Market data (gold prices, currency rates) is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on this data for investment decisions.
- We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided by the App.
6. AI Features and Voice Data
- FynFlow uses AI-powered features including voice-to-text transaction logging, AI financial chat, and receipt scanning (OCR).
- Voice recordings are processed for transcription only and are not stored permanently on our servers beyond what is necessary for the transcription request.
- AI-generated insights, suggestions, and responses are automated and may not always be accurate. Always verify important financial decisions independently.
- By using voice features, you consent to the processing of your audio input for the purpose of transcription.
- You must have a valid microphone permission granted to the App for voice features to function.
7. User Content
- You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the App ("User Content"), including transaction data, notes, documents, and profile information.
- By using the App, you grant Ryzr Studios a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We do not verify the accuracy of user-entered financial data.
- You must not upload documents or content that you do not have the right to share, that infringe intellectual property rights, or that contain illegal material.
8. Privacy
- Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of Ryzr Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- "FynFlow" and related logos are trademarks of Ryzr Studios. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
- Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose.
10. Third-Party Services
- The App integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage and authentication), Firebase by Google (push notifications), and AI model providers (voice transcription and chat).
- Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.
- We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
- Links or references to third-party websites do not constitute endorsement.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data provided through the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RYZR STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 10 IF NO AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN PAID.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
- Sections 5, 9, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
- You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
